Original Açaí Bowl
Ingredients
3oz apple juice or almond, hemp or soy milk
2 trays of Especial Fruits organic frozen açaí
½ frozen banana
How To Make It
Blend and scoop into a bowl. Top with Erin Baker’s granola, ½ fresh banana slices, and seasonal fruit.
Vegan Protein Açaí Bowl
Ingredients
- 3oz apple juice or almond, hemp or soy milk
- 2 trays of Especial Fruits organic frozen açaí
- ½ frozen banana
- 1oz hemp hearts
- 1oz almond or peanut butter
How To Make It
Blend and scoop into a bowl. Top with Erin Baker’s Peanut Butter granola, fresh banana slices, and 1oz spoonful of almond or peanut butter.
Green Açaí Bowl
Ingredients

- Half cup of chopped kale or spinach
- 1oz spirulina powder, moringa powder, or matcha powder

- 3-4oz ice depending on size

Tropical Açaí smoothie
Ingredients

- ½ frozen banana (5-6 slices)
- 4oz frozen mango (can substitute frozen pineapple if desired)
- 3-4oz ice depending on size
