Ingredients

  • 3oz apple juice or almond, hemp or soy milk

  • 2 trays of Especial Fruits organic frozen açaí

  • ½ frozen banana

How To Make It

Blend and scoop into a bowl. Top with Erin Baker’s granola, ½ fresh banana slices, and seasonal fruit.

Vegan Protein Açaí Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3oz apple juice or almond, hemp or soy milk
  • 2 trays of Especial Fruits organic frozen açaí
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1oz hemp hearts
  • 1oz almond or peanut butter

How To Make It

Blend and scoop into a bowl. Top with Erin Baker’s Peanut Butter granola, fresh banana slices, and 1oz spoonful of almond or peanut butter.

Green Açaí Bowl

  • Half cup of chopped kale or spinach
  • 1oz spirulina powder,  moringa powder, or matcha powder
